Three Storey Extension & Loft Conversion

We were planning a 3-storey extension and had preliminary drawings done but were then quoted what we felt was a large sum for further detailed drawings. We were then advised to contact Mark who was able to offer a far more reasonable price which also included the structural drawings, which meant we didn’t need to instruct a separate structural engineer which saved further cost that could be put into the extension.

I found Mark to be very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He took the time to sit down with us and go through everything we wanted in detail and both I and the building company were very impressed by the quality and detail of the drawings. He took the time and effort to contact the council planning department to change the apex of the roof - something the previous architect said couldn’t be done. His final drawings and especially the 3D images gave us a proper vision of the final extensions.

Throughout the works Mark was always available and on hand for advice and was more than happy to call over to check on progress and speak to the builders on the phone for advice. I felt Mark delivered a 5-star service and felt we were in very good hands for the whole planning process and detail design of the extension.
