Who we work with
We can help you from the very start of your project, even if all you have is a rough idea. We can guide you through the whole design and planning process, even staying in touch to carry out regular checks while your build is taking place.
Our services mean you won’t have to find someone to draw up your plans and then do all the work yourself to get the necessary surveys and approvals in place so your project can start. We do all this for you. And, once the pre-construction work is complete, we can recommend and help you appoint a reliable builder.
In effect we take all the stress away from your building project so you can sit back and enjoy the fun parts, while getting on with your daily life.
If you already have plans we can carry out structural design and surveys so your project can progress. And, if you’re a builder, we can provide technical support to help you deliver your project.
We can help if you’ve started your project and have hit a problem you don’t know how to solve. For example, we can get your project moving again when you need engineering expertise to solve a problem that’s come up after the building work has started. Or when you’ve presented your plans to planning and building control and don’t know how to respond to their feedback.
Most problems happen because they weren’t picked up or considered during the design stage. Employ us from the very beginning and you can be confident your project is less likely to hit these kinds of delays.
We have particular experience designing buildings that are in conservation areas. This is where the 3D photorealistic images our BIM technology allows are especially valuable as they give you a clear idea of how your building will fit within the natural landscape.

When your build is ready to start
When we’ve completed all the pre-construction work, we give you a detailed pack containing all your drawings, surveys, reports and construction information – everything you need to complete the build. The clear information we provide means you’ll be able to get accurate cost estimates for your project. It also helps reduce confusion and delays on site. This has become a core strength of our business and is a real point of difference in our service. More importantly, it has paid dividends for many of our clients.
While we don’t act as the project manager, we do keep in touch throughout the build. We work alongside the building control officer to check specific technical aspects of the construction and verify the structural works. We don’t consider our work is finished until construction is complete and you’re happy with the finished building.
