Front extension

We used the services of Mark Davies of H&M Davies to advise on design ideas and produce detailed technical building plans for a single storey extension to the front of our property.

Mark came highly recommended, and his professionalism, knowledge and technical advice proved invaluable from start to finish of the project. The entire process of liaising with the local planning authority, clarifying any concerns, and submitting final plans was seamless. During the build, one or two issues arose which could have resulted in a delay (and extra expense), however Mark was always a phone call away and as a result of his intuitive problem solving, solutions were created, conveyed to the builder and the project completed within the proposed schedule and on budget.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and look forward to using his services again in the future.
