New Industrial Unit

Mark had already been engaged by Cross Engineering to design and obtain planning permission for a new combined showroom and waterjet workshop of 4700 ft2 when I was asked by the proprietor of the company (a family relative) to assist in the procurement and construction management of the facility. I have been in construction for over 35 years having initially trained as a quantity surveyor and then moved into construction management becoming a construction director overseeing and delivering multimillion pound projects. Before even meeting Mark I reviewed the drawings and details that he had produced and was quietly confident as to his knowledge and competence from what I had observed. Upon meeting Mark I was not disappointed, with his calm demeanour and professionalism which lead to an excellent working relationship throughout the project which did involve several internal design revisions to accommodate the production equipment being procured by Cross Engineering. I would certainly recommend Mark for similar type projects and the service he provided was at least on par with any of the better engineering consultancies that I have worked with in my time.
