The client was proposing an extensive alteration to an existing bungalow, which involved ground and first floor extensions, and the re configuration of the existing layouts to optimise the available floorspace to provide a modern and efficient layout. The works involved new extensions plus significant alterations to existing structures requiring considerable structural design works, an Ecology Survey to comply with mandatory requirements, and detail design to develop efficient layouts and the production of drawings & specifications to comply with Building Regulations.
